  • Pay invoices online – We will email you a link for direct access to your account portal and invoices when ready – no additional login needed
  • Pay for consumables – You can choose to pay online for consumables via card at checkout in the MyWater Portal.

Ordering refills & extras

Top up water and order extras like cups or hot drinks in just a few clicks.

  • Activate your MyWater Portal Account – You’ll need your account number and Web ID to activate your account. You will have received these via email. You can also find them on your contract or invoices.
