- Pay invoices via Bacs

- Pay by phone – You can reach us on 0333 600 1845, selecting Option 1.
- Pay invoices online – We will email you a link for direct access to your account portal and invoices when ready – no additional login needed
- Pay for consumables – You can choose to pay online for consumables via card at checkout in the MyWater Portal.

- Activate your MyWater Portal Account – You’ll need your account number and Web ID to activate your account. You will have received these via email. You can also find them on your contract or invoices.
