Pioneering a more sustainable guest experience, Radisson Blu Durham is the first in the group to implement corridor-based hydration solutions, setting a new standard and creating a blueprint for others across the portfolio to follow.

The installation was completed efficiently and on schedule, thanks to the expertise of our engineering team and the outstanding preparatory work carried out by the hotel staff. Four  units were installed with a full service agreement, one on each floor of the hotel to provide guest with convenient access to filtered water resulting in a huge reduction of single-use plastic.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with guests already sharing their appreciation for the eco-friendly initiative.
