We will be introducing a price increase on our bottled water and cups from August 2024.

FAQ’s
I have already raised a purchase order for this invoice so cannot pay this price.
In this case we would kindly ask you to uplift the purchase order to cover the value and send this to [email protected] along with your account number.
My contract is for a certain price, does this still apply?
We reserve the reasonable right to increase the price of goods or services as and when required. This clause is not designed to allow us to be unreasonable or irresponsible but to ensure we can recover the cost of any increases beyond our control.
From what date will the new prices come into effect?
The prices will come into effect from the 1st of August 2024. Orders placed before this date will be at your previous rate. Orders placed on or after this date will be at the new price increased by 7%. Your invoice may reflect two different prices due to this.
Will the price of the bottle deposit change?
No, this remains at its current price and is fully refundable when the empty bottles are returned.
Was I sent a letter informing me of the price increase?
To ensure that as many of our customers are advised in advance as possible, we have notified them according to their communications preferences and added a message to your next invoice. If you want to update your contact information or preferences, please do so via the link below.
