Our water treatment systems have a global reputation for operating reliably and efficiently. To keep them operating cost-effectively we provide a range of service options that bring peace of mind in the unlikely event of a component failure and regular maintenance of the system including replacing exhausted media and upgrading control systems. All our service engineers carry genuine Culligan parts including Culligan specific valves used across our softener range of products. Our engineers are also skilled at servicing other manufacturers’ equipment and carry spares, parts and chemicals to get your systems running to their optimal performance.
Refurbish your current treatment system
Our service team are able to refurbish a wide range of water treatment equipment, helping extend the life of the equipment you already have in place. We carry a range of cost-effective spares and provide an efficient and reliable service with well-trained qualified service technicians.
When you need peace of mind Culligan UK deliver all their equipment with a comprehensive warranty. In the unlikely event that any piece of equipment is faulty due to manufacturers’ defect our service team will replace and/or repair it free of charge. While you equipment is under warranty it still needs to be maintained regularly, so why not consider a service contract to reduce your maintenance costs.
Annual Service Plans tailored to your equipment. An Annual Service Plan gives you a full warranty on the equipment (parts and labour) excluding consumables or accidental damage. The full warranty applies to equipment less than 7 years old, for older equipment it covers all parts changed on the service.
Culligan support its equipment with tailored service contracts. A service contract ensures your water treatment equipment runs reliably and cost effectively delivering the water quality you need. A service contract can save you thousands of pounds in reduced maintenance of not only the treatment system but the downstream processes that rely on great water quality. Our service contracts replace salt in softeners, tune systems annually and ensure the system runs at maximum efficiency. Spare parts and consumables
Culligan’s High Wycombe Warehouse has a fully stocked spares centre, including consumables such as membranes, cartridges and salt, which means we can usually “fix first time”. We hold as standard: Consumables; Filter Cartridges; RO membranes; UV spares.
Our expanding marine customer base now means we hold a wide range of spares for our marine systems too.
Culligan UK also holds a large stock of food grade salt for use in water softeners and can supply in granular or tablet form in 25kg and 10kg bags. Delivery is normally available within 2 days.
Culligan can offer a complete solution to ACoP L8 /HSG274 Parts 1, 2 & 3 compliance, including Legionella risk assessments , ACop L8/HSG274 Parts 1, 2 & 3 monitoring contracts, water treatment, water hygiene, sampling and legionella control.
