Culligan offers world class after sales support. Our service team are dedicated to offering outstanding customer service and excellent technical support.

Culligan can service a wide range of water treatment equipment. Our team of highly qualified and experienced engineers have infinite knowledge of Culligan equipment, as well as that of most major suppliers, and provide national coverage.

Service Support:-

  • Simple Healthchecks to give you peace of mind that your water treatment equipment is safe and working correctly.
  • Annual Service Plans tailored to your equipment. An Annual Service Plan gives you a full warranty on the equipment (parts and labour) excluding consumables or accidental damage. The full warranty applies to equipment less than 7 years old, for older equipment it covers all parts changed on the service.
  • Breakdown callouts on a wide range of equipment.

Spare Parts and Consumables:

Culligan’s High Wycombe Warehouse has a fully stocked spares centre, including consumables such as membranes, cartridges and salt, which means we can usually “fix first time”.

Salt Sales:

Culligan holds a large stock of food grade salt for use in water softeners and can supply in granular or tablet form in 25kg and 10kg bags. Delivery is normally available within 2 days.

Chemicals:

Culligan supplies a full range of water treatment chemicals with all of the required safety documentation.

Hygiene Services:

Culligan can offer a complete solution to ACoP L8 /HSG274 Parts 1, 2 & 3 compliance, including Legionella risk assessments , ACop L8/HSG274 Parts 1, 2 & 3 monitoring contracts, water treatment, water hygiene, sampling and legionella control.
