We offer rental plans for both bottled water coolers (plug-in machines with bottle delivery) and mains-fed (plumbed-in) water coolers. The bottled version is quick to install and flexible, the mains-fed version gives unlimited filtered water and often lower running cost.
- Bottled: no plumbing required, install quickly, good for small- to medium- sized offices.
- Mains-fed: connects directly to the building water supply so you don’t need to replace bottles, ideal for higher usage offices.
Our rental service includes free delivery and installation of the cooler, maintenance, and prompt support if something goes wrong, and for bottled machines scheduled bottle deliveries.
We aim to install as soon as possible. For bottled machines it can be plug-in setup. For mains-fed we’ll carry out a site assessment and connect to your water supply with minimal disruption.
We include call-outs and replacements in our service so in the unlikely event that your machine fails, we’ll replace it promptly with minimal impact to you.
