The DB Series is a two-phase deionizer system suitable for low to medium flow rates. The DB Series is the smallest unit in the Culligan line that may be regenerated on-site. They are flexible, versatile, durable, and very easy to use making them ideally suited for smaller industrial needs.

The DB Series features dual programmers for automatic operation, an optional quality indicator, steel resin containers lined with an internal plastic coating that prevents corrosion. The exterior is sheathed in durable plastic. Internal hydroelectric valves are plastic to insure durability and reliability.

An automatic two-phase demineraliser that combines the best technological innovations recently applied to deionization. The containers are made of carbon steel, internally protected by a layer of ebonite, and painted externally with anticorrosive enamel.

The plant's automatic operation is managed by a control board that includes a microprocessor electronic programmer, a conductivity meter, and two pilots to control the valves. The NRC Series features simultaneous backwash regeneration of the two exchangers, cost-efficient management, significantly reduced regeneration time, backwash of resins takes place within the containers, and continuous system monitoring.

An automatic, mixed-bed deioniser (using anionic and cationic resins in a single column), it can remove virtually all the salinity from water. The exceptionally high-quality water produced by this plant is indispensable to high technology processes, particularly in the electronics, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors and in feeding high-pressure boilers.

The AMB Series features steel containers, internally protected by a layer of ebonite and externally by epoxy enamel. The valve group is made of durable NORYL. Two flow meters provide for visual check of flow rates and the control board features and electronic conductivity meter which ensures automatic operation of the plant.

This mixed-bed demineraliser has been designed for simple operation. It contains a disposable cartridge of high-exchange resins. Replacement of the exhausted cartridge takes just a few minutes.

A quality control monitor, powered by mains or battery, is an available option.
