Single stage filters with 3/4" connections. The Filtr-Gard is designed for use with five different filter cartridges, depending both on the filtration rate required and on the raw water quality. The Flavr-Gard, with its activated carbon cartridge, is used for dechlorination of water as well as elimination of taste and odour.

The Control-Gard is a phosphosilicate crystal dissolver for the protection against corrosion (by forming a protective film) of pipes and water heaters.

This exceptionally versatile modular system allows the free combination (in series and/or in parallel) of a number of housings to accommodate turbidity filters of different ratings, activated carbon filters, and dissolvers for the prevention of corrosion.

The Easy Filter is available in 1" - 1 1/4" BSPT/M connection size. The extreme simplicity makes it ideally suited for household appliances. It is manufactured with corrosion-resistant, food-grade materials.

The only maintenance is to periodically drain the bottom valve to remove accumulated turbidity.

The Culligan Self-Cleaning Filter is available in 1" and 1 1/2" BSPT/M connection size. It has been developed to reduce the turbidity of water without replacement of the filter cartridge.

An AISI 316 stainless steel mesh retains the particles. A special turbine backwashes the unit periodically to remove impurities. In semi-automatic models, the user turns a knob to start turbine backwash. In automatic models, backwash is started by a differential pressure sensor.

These filters are available in 2", 2 1/2", 3", and 4" size, designed for high flow rates.

Filtration is provided by a stainless steel cartridge rated at 200 microns. They are available in semi-automatic version, where backwash is started by turning a knob, or automatic models where backwash is triggered by a differential pressure sensor.

The system accommodates cartridges of different filtration rating (1,5,20, 90 microns) using standard lengths of 10", 20", 30", 40" (225, 50, 75, 100 cm).

Cartridge replacement is very quick due to the clamp opening system. The floor stand is an available option.
